Our lives are wondrous things.
Magnified by joy, sorrow, beauty, and imperfection, each of us has something to commemorate. Photography can be the most powerful way to celebrate both the grand milestones in life and the quiet mystery of everyday. That is the challenge of being a photographer – to capture those physical and emotional connections – and create a collection of images that transforms a moment in time into an heirloom for generations to come. But for many fine photographers, and especially myself, it is an honor that we pursue with excitement, integrity, and love.
"I wouldn't have trusted my wedding day to anyone else. I'm so blessed Ana beautifully captured the precious moments of our special day for us to have forever."

"Ana has captured beautiful memories of my family in the pictures she has taken. Her talent is evident in the way she is able to take pictures in a natural way that doesn't make you feel like you're even posing... We have used her several times and will continue to do so. Thank you Ana, for your amazing work."

"Ana does incredible work and really works with each family to capture who they are, I also highly recommend her for senior pictures -- her work is beautiful!"
– Emily W. –
noun | a-təl-ˈyā | French, meaning “workshop” or “studio”
Why the name Ana Polak Atelier? Although appearances may deceive, photography is a very physical creation, similar to painting or ceramics. And like many creative people I can rarely limit myself to a single medium, whether it’s film, digital, print, interior design, or even cooking. As a result, the idea of a “workshop” evokes both a romantic and literal meaning to me. It’s a place where art and beauty in all forms can be cultivated and enjoyed.
